You will be given the number for roadside assistance.  Any damage to tyres, rims, suspension, are not covered under general insurance and will be repaired or replaced at your cost.

We work within business hours 9am-5pm. Monday-Friday. 

If you need the vehicle before 9am or will finish after 5pm, please book an additional day before and after your vacation dates.

Yes, there's a 150km daily limit. We won't sweat the small stuff when it comes to extra mileage, but if you're planning a long road trip over a few days, please choose the unlimited kilometer rate. 

Yes you can, but only if you let us know before, so we can activate additional insurance. You will also need written permission and affidavits to from us as the owner, to produce at the border post.

Accidents can happen. In the unfortunate event of an accident, you will be liable for the insurance excess of R6500-R7500* only depending on the car. If the damage is less than the excess that will be the amount you are required to pay. If the car is not drivable, it will be towed away by the insurance company. If we have another car available, we will make that available to you. If we don't have a car available, we will not charge you for the remainder of the rental period, pro-rata refund will be made to you.

Any damage to the window glass must be reported immediately to the Owner. There will be no insurance excess for chip repairs. Cracks or other damage that requires replacement will be require the Renter to pay a insurance deductible of +- R1500*.

*The excess can vary depending on the vehicle, the contract will specify the amount applicable to your hire.

Everybody loves receiving a clean car. We understand that time is limited and you might not be able to have the car cleaned.

We will gladly take care of the cleaning for R150.🙂 There is no charge if we request you to have the vehicle cleaned for the next renter.
